Istanbul & Cappadocia Package
Though the capital of Turkey, Istanbul is the commercial hub of the country, but it is specially known for its historical splendors. The city has a long history and the terrain is dotted with numbers of religious places of interest. The nightlife of Istanbul is very charming and is most popular among the locals. Whenever, come to Cappadocia it will surprise you by its strange pink, yellow and Grey rock foundations, which have been hollowed out to offer shelter. Though, the city is not such beautiful than other cities in Turkey, but it will surely give you a different experience.
Day 01: Arrive Istanbul
Meet our representative at the Ataturk Airport and join the welcome ceremony. With the help of a private car, you will be transferred to a hotel at Istanbul; relax for a while and enjoy a leisure lunch at hotel. For the rest of the day, you can enjoy Bosphorus Cruise in the 20 miles long strait, which joins Black Sea with the Sea of Marmara. This legendary waterway is lined with ranges of wooden mansions, fortresses, historic villages, etc. which will be a true delight during your cruise. In the evening, you can come back to hotel or can spend some great time in its famous Spice Bazaar. Overnight: at hotel
Day 02: Istanbul Sightseeing
On the very next day of your tour, you will visit Topkapi Palace. The palace once was the residential place of former Sultans Ottaman from 1465 to 1853, which is standing alone in Istanbul. The complex of this historical site comprises a wonderful museum and cultural monument that attracts many visitors throughout the year. Blue Mosque, is one another great attraction of the city, which is standing near the remarkable landmark of the city, Hagia Sophia. The mosque is so called Blue because its walls are adorned with blue colored tiles. This famous mosque of Sultan Ahmed has one main dome, six minarets and eight secondary domes. After that, move to the Istanbul’s Grand Bazaar to pick some articles of your area of interest. This is the one of the largest and the oldest covered market in the world. Overnight: at hotel
Day 03: Istanbul Sightseeing
Enjoy your breakfast at hotel and after that rush for medieval stone tower of the city, Galata Tower. This cone-capped cylinder dominates the skyline, which offers a panoramic view of the old Istanbul. The Underground Bascilica Cistern is the massive underground water cavern of wonderful arches, which once was used to reduce the scarcity of water in the city. Later, you can spend some great time in the historical urban park, Emirgan. Overnight: at hotel
Day 04: Istanbul – Cappadocia
Leave your hotel after breakfast and catch the first flight to Cappadocia, from the nearest airport. After arrival, start your city sightseeing. The city is best known for its unique moon-like landscape, rock houses, cave churches, etc. This historical place, you can discover in central Anatolia region where Monks Valley, Goreme Open Air Museum, Devrent Valley are some must visit sites. After that, check-in at hotel and spend the night.
Day 05: Cappadocia Sightseeing
Take an adventurous tour on the 5th day of your voyage. Cappadocia is the most popular destination for a range of thrilling activities such as hot air ballooning, skiing, mountain biking horse riding, etc. Apart from that, you can also explore the underground cities namely Ozluce, Mazıkoy, Ozkonak and Gaziemir. Day 06: Cappadocia - Istanbul
Our representative will pick you up from your hotel after breakfast and will drive you to the airport; from where you will catch flight for your home destination.
